No-Show Protection

Rider doesn’t show? Your driver reports it in-app, the no-show fee is handled, and they’re back on the road.

No-shows used to mean a driver eating twenty minutes of dead time with nothing to show for it. With verified arrival, a documented wait window, and a one-tap report, the no-show fee applies per your fleet’s policy and the driver is released to the next offer.

How it works

1

Driver waits through the window

After geofenced arrival, the wait clock runs. The rider has been notified and the grace plus wait window gives them a fair chance to board.

2

One-tap no-show report

When the window closes with no rider, the driver taps "Report No-Show." PRIME attaches the arrival timestamp, GPS proof, and wait duration to the report automatically.

3

Fee applies per your policy

The no-show fee configured by your fleet is applied to the rider’s payment method — itemized, documented, and consistent.

4

Driver is released immediately

The trip closes as a no-show, the driver returns to available status, and the next offer can land right away.

What your fleet gets

  • Dead wait time becomes a documented, billable event
  • Automatic evidence bundle — arrival GPS, timestamps, wait duration
  • Consistent fee handling instead of case-by-case awkwardness
  • Drivers get back to earning in one tap
  • No-show history helps your fleet spot chronic offenders

Evidence first, fees second

A no-show fee that can’t be defended is a chargeback waiting to happen. Every report carries the GPS-verified arrival, the wait clock record, and the rider notifications — the documentation a dispute needs.

Fleet policy, platform enforcement

Your fleet defines the wait window and the fee. PRIME applies it identically every time, which is exactly what makes it defensible — riders are held to a rule, not a mood.
