What's new in PRIME

Features, improvements, and fixes — shipped continuously, logged here as they go live.

NewFleetCompliance

DMV record (MVR) pulls for your drivers

Fleet owners can now request a motor-vehicle-record check on any driver from Fleet → Drivers, powered by Checkr.

  • Drivers complete consent and license details on Checkr's secure hosted page — license numbers never touch PRIME
  • Results show license status plus violation, accident, and suspension counts
  • Open pulls are deduplicated automatically; MVR checks share your plan's monthly screening allowance
NewFleetCompliance

AI document verification with bulk upload

Upload driver documents in bulk and let AI extract holder, document number, and expiration — legible matching documents approve automatically.

  • Supports driver's licenses, medical cards, insurance, and other compliance documents
  • Anything unclear stays in the review queue with the AI's extracted details attached
NewDispatchFleetMobile

Accident recovery workflow

After a driver reports an incident, fleets can declare cargo condition and dispatch a relief driver to complete the delivery.

  • Damaged-cargo declarations with photos automatically draft a delivery claim
  • Relief dispatch targets drivers near the incident location
ImprovedSales

Sales HQ dashboard reorganized

Your Details moved to a dedicated Profile tab, payout setup moved to Commissions, and team override rates moved to My Team.

ImprovedTools

Free tools now in the top navigation

All 22 free fleet tools — rate calculators, DOT lookup, VIN decoder, AI estimators — are one click away in the new Tools menu.

FixedMobile

Mobile navigation bar overlap on Android

The bottom tab bar in the driver and fleet apps no longer renders under the Android system navigation, so every tab is tappable.

ImprovedSales

Simpler sales commissions plus milestone bonuses

Direct commission tiers are now a flat 10% / 12% / 15%, with one-time $50 / $150 / $400 bonuses at 5, 15, and 40 active fleets.

NewSales

Sales team ranks and automatic promotions

Sales reps now progress Associate → Supervisor → Manager → Regional Manager automatically when they hit objective fleet and team targets.

  • Every recruited teammate starts as an Associate and earns rank through production
  • Team leads earn overrides on downline sales, up to five levels deep
