The fine print
- Only new customers qualify as referrals — the business or person can't already be on PRIME or in active talks with our team.
- You must have permission to share someone's information before submitting a referral on their behalf.
- PRIME credits are closed-loop platform credit — redeemable on PRIME services. They carry no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
- Credits are awarded after your referral meets its qualification milestone (3 consecutive paid months on Enterprise for fleets, or completed onboarding for drivers) — not at signup.
- Self-referrals and referrals between businesses you own or control don't qualify.
- Once someone clicks your link, they have 30 days to sign up for the referral to count.
- PRIME may review referrals for eligibility and can decline rewards that don't meet program terms.

Every fleet account gets a unique referral link in the Referrals section of the fleet dashboard. Share it directly, or copy your code — your referral can also enter it during signup.
When do I receive my reward?

Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No. There's no cap on referrals — and milestone bonuses stack on top of per-referral rewards.

Can I refer myself or my own second business?
No — self-referrals and referrals between businesses you control don't qualify. Referrals must be genuinely new customers.
