How drivers opt in (consent)

Drivers opt in within the Prime Transit mobile app during onboarding by entering their mobile phone number and tapping Send Code / Verify Phone. The app discloses that drivers consent to receive SMS for driver notifications and account/security alerts.

Opt-out (stop) instructions

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT.
