Prime load board
NEMT trip loads for carriers
Non-emergency medical transportation trips — ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher rides — posted to our public load board. Claim a trip and our ops team verifies and assigns it to a fleet for dispatch.
Three NEMT trip types
Every NEMT listing is tagged by mobility level so you only see trips your vehicles and drivers can actually run.
Ambulatory
Walk-on riders who can board a sedan or van without assistance — the highest-volume NEMT trip type.
Wheelchair (WAV)
Riders traveling in a manual or power wheelchair — requires a wheelchair-accessible vehicle with a ramp or lift and tie-downs.
Stretcher
Recumbent transport for riders who cannot sit upright — requires gurney-capable vehicles and typically a two-person crew.
What you see on a NEMT listing
- Broker & payer — trips routed through Modivcare, LogistiCare, MTM, Veyo, or posted directly by facilities.
- Mobility aid & rider count — wheelchair, power wheelchair, stretcher, or ambulatory — plus how many riders travel together.
- Appointment time — the clinic arrival deadline that drives the pickup schedule.
- Wait & return flag — round-trip legs where the driver waits through the appointment and runs the ride back.
- City & state lanes — origin and destination at city/state level on the public board.
- No rider PII — rider names and phone numbers never appear publicly; ops shares them at dispatch.
An early-stage board — built for NEMT
We're growing this board one trip at a time. NEMT listings post as brokers and facilities come on board — check the board for what's live today, or post your trip if you're a broker, clinic, or facility with rides to move.
