Build the operating system for independent fleets
We're a small team building dispatch, driver, and payment tools for fleets of every size — the operators enterprise vendors underserve.
Why work here
Small team, real ownership
No layers, no ticket factories. You ship work that operators use to run their businesses every day.
Remote-first
Work from wherever you do your best work. We care about output and communication, not time zones.
Customer-obsessed
Our customers are independent fleet operators — real small businesses. Everything we build starts with their workflow.
Where we hire
We hire opportunistically rather than keeping a fixed job board. If you can move the needle in one of these areas, we want to hear from you.
Engineering
Next.js, React Native, NestJS, Postgres, and Cloudflare Workers. Real-time dispatch, maps, payments, and mobile apps.
Operations & Support
Help fleets onboard, answer hard questions, and turn customer feedback into product improvements.
Design
Own the product experience end-to-end — marketing site, dashboards, and the driver app your users live in.
Growth & Marketing
SEO, content, and partnerships that put PRIME in front of the independent operators who need it.
How to apply
- Tell us which area fits you and why
- Link your best work — GitHub, portfolio, or a project you shipped
- If you’ve run or worked with a small fleet, say so — that experience is gold here
